Upper floor extension
I assigned Dan and his team to take on the work for an upper floor extension above my garage. Not only did they turn up on time everyday, alot of the time they were early, kean to get the work completed. There were no issues whatsoever throughout the entire project. Everyone was polite,and friendly. I had originally got a few quotes and they were all similar but I went with Dan because he had a high number of recommendations on FB and checkatrade. You can tell he is extremely passionate about his work. The extension is perfect and it’s really good to have a new bedroom and more space. Adele
Refurbishment of external area
I cannot praise Dan and his team high enough. Without exception I have found them to be professional, reliable and honest and at the end of each day the area was always left clean and tidy. The downside to all this is that Dan is so busy there is always a long wait for his services but a wait I am happy to make.
Erecting fencing and fitting a gate.
The work started on the agreed date and was finished in two days. Task was to erect a new boundary fence between us and our neighbour and to instal a gate from our driveway. The old fence had to be removed and there was established planting on both sides of the fence. The workers were careful not to damage any planting while replacing fencing. All old fencing and rubbish was removed and the site was left clean and tidy. We chose concrete posts and gravel boards. The posts were securely concreted into the ground. We are very pleased with the final result.
Patio and Groundworks
We asked a number of local companies to quote for our patio. Dan’s price was competitive but I was impressed by his knowledge and passion for his trade. He and his team did an excellent job and we are very happy with the end result. We subsequently asked Dan to quote for another job. Despite being very busy, and already working on a number of other jobs, he has managed to fit us in around those. Once again, he has exceeded expectations with his knowledge, and ability to ”think outside the box”, and come up with solutions to fix our build challenges.
Groundworks and Patio
Dan has completed the groundwork and laid a new porcelain patio to a great standard. We agreed a date 9 months ago and the work started on that date, good communications throughout, courteous at all times and clean site. Really pleased with the new Patio, thanks Dan
